A cycle trail like no other. The well-built, flat, even trails take you through 120km of pristine coast and bushland. You can wind your way through ancient rainforests, along glacial rivers, around moody lakes and across wetlands. Do the whole trip in four days or dip in and out on the odd day-trip. The choice is yours, it’s an experience not to be missed!
The Top 10 Campground at Ross is just over 20 kms along the coast, south of Hokitika. A beautifully natural holiday park offering eleven quirky ‘Apartment pods’ and ‘Sleeping pods’ in the form of upcycled shipping containers. Each apartment pod is fully self-contained with a private deck surrounded by native garden. Sleeping pods have access to the communal amenities of the camp kitchen, ablution block and guest laundry. The campground also has spacious, level powered and un-powered campsites as well.
